What Autoline Industries Limited does

Autoline Industries designs and manufactures automotive components — heavy sheet-metal parts, body-in-white (BIW) and welded assemblies, exhaust systems, pedal and mechanical assemblies, door hinges, load bodies and skin panels — supplying passenger vehicle, commercial vehicle, two-wheeler, three-wheeler and tractor OEMs such as Tata Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra, Ashok Leyland, Ford, Renault, Nissan, VW, GM and Daimler from six manufacturing plants across India. It runs an in-house commercial tool room (press-tool design, jigs/fixtures, tool trials) and design/engineering centres in Pune — including through wholly-owned subsidiary Autoline Design Software Limited (ADSL) — offering product styling, BIW design, reverse engineering and rapid prototyping services to global OEMs. A separate subsidiary, Autoline E-Mobility Private Limited (AEMPL), makes e-bicycles and low-/high-speed e-scooters with integrated battery-exchange systems, sold through a multi-brand dealer network.
