What Blue Coast Hotels Limited does

Blue Coast Hotels Limited previously owned and operated Hotel Park Hyatt Goa, its sole revenue-generating hospitality asset. Pursuant to a Supreme Court of India order dated September 19, 2018, the company handed over this property to the auction purchaser and has since had no operating hotel of its own. It has now ventured into providing hotel operations and management services to third parties instead of owning property directly, and holds two material unlisted subsidiaries, Blue Coast Hospitality Ltd. and Golden Joy Hotel Pvt. Ltd. The company is separately seeking shareholder approval to widen its object clause to cover travel, tourism and travel-technology/data services.
