Canara Bank is a public-sector commercial bank headquartered in Bengaluru. It provides retail, agriculture, MSME and corporate banking, earning mainly from interest on advances plus fee income, funded by deposits from a clientele of about 11.67 crore. It runs a nationwide network of over 10,000 domestic branches supplemented by business-correspondent points and ATMs, along with four overseas branches. Its loan book is organised around RAM (retail, agriculture and MSME) credit and corporate advances.
