Cineline India Limited runs cinema theatres under the MovieMAX brand, earning through box-office ticket sales and food & beverage (F&B) concessions across owned, variable-lease, fixed-lease and operate-and-maintain (O&M) screen formats. The company also operates a premium recliner format called MovieMAX Edition and a loyalty program (Max Recliner Club) alongside in-house F&B brands and cloud-kitchen delivery tie-ups. It began as a single Mumbai multiplex in 1997 and has since expanded into a multi-state cinema exhibitor spanning metros and Tier II/III towns.
