What Chaman Lal Setia Exports Limited does

Chaman Lal Setia Exports Limited runs a fully integrated farm-to-fork Basmati rice operation, procuring paddy through commission agents across basmati-growing mandis in Punjab and Haryana, then milling, Sortex-sorting, packaging and warehousing the rice at its own facilities. It earns revenue both from its own branded 'Maharani' basmati rice sold in India and overseas, and from private-label basmati rice manufactured for retailers and importers abroad. The company holds Star Export House recognition and has built long-standing relationships with overseas distributors and buyers over several decades of exporting.
