What Coastal Corporation Limited does

Coastal Corporation Limited processes and exports shrimp — raw frozen, cooked frozen, IQF (Individually Quick Frozen), butterfly, headless and skewered — under the Coastal, Coastal Premium, Coastal Gold, Jewel and President brands, sold into markets including the USA, Europe, Canada, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Russia and Korea. Processing is carried out at three FDA/EU/HACCP-certified units in Andhra Pradesh (Kakinada SEZ and Visakhapatnam), supported by a captive solar power installation. Its wholly owned subsidiary Coastal Biotech Private Limited operates a grain-based ethanol plant in Odisha, giving the group a second business line beyond seafood exports. It also holds Continental Fisheries India Limited (which sources from third-party facilities for export) and Seacrest Seafoods Inc, a US-based subsidiary.
