It also provides land aggregation and consolidation services to institutional and private clients, end-to-end architectural planning, layout design and project-visualization services, and develops tourism and hospitality infrastructure such as hotels and resorts. The company operates through two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Triveni Kripa Buildhome Private Limited and Dhanuka Affordable Housing Private Limited, which are themselves engaged in real estate development and construction.
