DCM Shriram Fine Chemicals Limited manufactures and sells chemical intermediates used by pharmaceutical (API), agrochemical, optical-brightener, dye, perfumery and paint manufacturers in India and abroad. It also undertakes contract manufacturing of Statin intermediates for a leading multinational customer. The company runs two factories, Daurala Organics and Daurala Chemicals, at Daurala, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. It was carved out of DCM Shriram Industries Limited's Chemical Undertaking via an NCLT-sanctioned demerger effective December 2025, with shares listed on BSE and NSE in February 2026.
