Easy Trip Planners (EaseMyTrip) is an online travel platform that books flights, hotels, holiday packages, rail, bus, cab, charter and visa-assistance services, earning through commissions and fees on bookings made via its zero-convenience-fee website and app. It sells through three channels - B2C (direct consumers), B2B2C (corporate and travel-agent partners) and B2E (enterprise/corporate travel management) - and has diversified into non-air verticals such as bus ticketing (YoloBus) and hotels/real estate (Spree Hotels) through subsidiaries. The company has also been expanding internationally, most notably building out its Dubai (Middle East) operations alongside a wider overseas office network.
