It earns revenue primarily from room rentals, banquet/MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions) events, and food & beverage (F&B) outlets within its hotels, catering to leisure, business and MICE travellers. The Mumbai property, Taj Santacruz, is operated through a joint venture, Green Woods Palaces & Resorts Pvt Ltd, in which the company holds a majority stake. The company is also developing a new greenfield hotel in Bengaluru.
