What Fonebox Retail Ltd does
Fonebox Retail Limited sells smartphones, mobile accessories, consumer electronics, laptops, gadgets and home-electronics products through a network of owned and franchise retail outlets trading under the 'Fonebook' and 'My Mobile' brand names. It stocks a wide range of third-party brands (Samsung, Apple, OnePlus, Realme, Vivo, Oppo, Voltas, Panasonic, TCL, Daikin, MacBook, Lenovo among others) and supplements device sales with installation services, insurance/extended-warranty support, and point-of-sale EMI financing arranged with partner banks and NBFCs. The company built its current store network largely through acquisitions of existing regional retail chains (e.g., My Mobile Retail Solutions LLP in Surat, HK Retail in Ahmedabad, Safe Zone Mobile in Gandhinagar, iMagic Mobile) since its incorporation in 2021, before listing on the NSE Emerge SME platform in February 2024 and expanding into Maharashtra.
