What Sri Havisha Hospitality and Infrastructure Limited does

Sri Havisha Hospitality and Infrastructure Limited runs a hotel at Begumpet, Hyderabad, built on 4.38 acres (17,759 sq. m) of land leased from the Airports Authority of India for a 30-year term starting 1 January 2023. The company took its present hospitality form after Shri Shakti Resorts & Hotels Ltd, which had constructed and operated the hotel on this leased land, merged into it via an NCLT order in November 2021; the company was earlier known as Shri Matre Power & Infrastructure Limited and, before that, Shri Shakti LPG Limited. It earns by letting out hotel rooms and suites, and is currently partway through a renovation programme upgrading rooms to 5-star standards while planning to add more rooms to the property.
