What IBL Finance Ltd does

IBL Finance Limited is a non-deposit-taking Base Layer NBFC that runs a 'Phygital' lending model combining a fully digital mobile-app loan process with on-ground service. It offers small-ticket digital personal loans (up to INR 50,000, disbursed within 30 minutes) to self-employed and salaried customers, and larger MSME/institutional loans (up to INR 5 crore) to NBFCs, MFIs and HFCs for onward lending. During FY25 it also launched Secured Non-Convertible Debentures as a funding instrument.
