What MOS Utility does
MOS Utility is a technology-enabled provider of digital and financial-inclusion services, running a "phygital" model that pairs an online portal/app (biz-solutionz.com, MOS Portal and MOS mobile app) with a pan-India network of agents, distributors, master distributors and franchised MOS Seva Kendra outlets. Through this network it delivers banking-correspondent services (AEPS, Micro-ATM, CSP, NSDL Banking), money transfer, utility-bill payment and recharge, insurance, travel booking (flights, bus, hotel, IRCTC), PAN card processing, government-scheme enrolment and MOS/ONIX solar-franchise services to underserved urban, semi-urban and rural customers. Its Q-BRIDGE platform unifies these fintech, govtech and consumer services on a single digital gateway for last-mile agents.
