What KRBL Limited does

KRBL is a fully integrated farm-to-plate basmati rice company, founded in 1899, that controls the value chain from seed development and contact farming through milling, aging, processing and packaging to branded retail distribution under the India Gate brand. It sells basmati and other aged regional rice domestically through general trade, modern trade and e-commerce, and exports to customers across 90+ countries with the Middle East as the largest export market. It has also diversified into biryani masalas (India Gate Classic) and health-focused edible oils (India Gate Uplife), and generates additional revenue from power/energy produced as a byproduct of its rice-milling operations.
