Lloyds Enterprises Limited (LEL) is a diversified trading and investment holding company. Its standalone business trades steel and allied products plus iron ore pellets across domestic and export markets as an intermediary in India's steel supply chain. Through group stakes it also participates in real estate development (60.38% stake in Lloyds Realty Developers), EPC/engineering services (33% stake in Lloyds Engineering Works), gold mining (~30.50% effective stake in Geomysore Services, operator of the Jonnagiri gold mine) and an integrated iron-ore-to-steel platform (stake in Lloyds Metals & Energy). It earns from trading margins on steel/pellets, real estate development and sale, engineering contract execution, gold production, and its share of profit from these associate/subsidiary investments.
