What Noida Toll Bridge Company Limited does

Noida Toll Bridge Company Limited (NTBCL) was set up by IL&FS as a special-purpose vehicle under a Build-Own-Operate-Transfer concession from NOIDA to construct and operate the Delhi-Noida-Direct (DND) Flyway, an 8-lane, 7.5 km bridge over the Yamuna connecting Noida to South Delhi, along with a 1.7 km link to Mayur Vihar. User-fee (toll) collection was suspended from October 2016 following a court order, so the company now earns income primarily by leasing out advertising space/hoardings on both the Delhi and Noida sides of the flyway, which it outsources to third parties on a turnkey basis. Its subsidiary ITNL Toll Management Services Limited (ITMSL) carries out operation and maintenance of the flyway.
