Ortin Global Limited (formerly Ortin Laboratories Limited) is a Hyderabad, Telangana-headquartered company whose Memorandum of Association authorises it to purchase, sell, manufacture, produce, import, export, pack, refine, process, store and distribute medicines across the Ayurvedic, Homeopathic, Allopathic, Unani and Biochemical systems, as well as other medicinal-system research. At an EGM held on 11.04.2024, shareholders amended the object clause to also permit the company to carry on real estate construction, real estate trading, and mining/ore trading and development. The company changed its name from Ortin Laboratories Limited to Ortin Global Limited in 2024 (ROC approval received 14.06.2024) to reflect this broadened charter.
