What PAEL does
PAE Limited's current line of business is trading and processing of agricultural commodities, a change of object approved by shareholders at the 75th AGM in March 2026. Before this, the company was engaged in the sale and service of lead storage batteries, power back-up systems and automotive parts. The company underwent a National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)-approved resolution plan that led to cancellation of prior equity/preference shares and fresh allotments, after which its shares resumed trading on the BSE from January 7, 2026. It has no subsidiaries, joint ventures or associate companies.
