What Paradeep Phosphates Limited does

Paradeep Phosphates Limited (PPL) manufactures and sells non-urea fertilizers, principally DAP and a range of NPK grades, along with urea, at three integrated manufacturing sites in Odisha, Goa and Karnataka. It sources phosphoric and sulphuric acid and ammonia through long-term supplier agreements and backward-integrated captive production, and sells through a pan-India distribution network of regional offices, stock points, dealers and retailers to farmers under its own fertilizer brands. Alongside fertilizers, PPL runs an industrial products business making phospho-gypsum, sulphuric acid, ammonia, HFSA, ABC and SNF for industrial customers.
