What Swan Energy does
Swan Energy is a diversified holding group operating through subsidiaries across five business segments. Its oil & gas arm runs an FSRU-based LNG import and regasification terminal at Jafrabad, Gujarat (via Swan LNG) and a petrochemical/chemical storage and blending terminal in the UAE (via Veritas India's Verasco FZE). Its Defence & Shipyard arm, Swan Defence and Heavy Industries (SDHI), operates the Pipavav shipyard building and repairing offshore, defence and commercial vessels. It also runs a legacy textile processing unit, develops residential and commercial real estate in Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad, and holds technology subsidiaries in satellite remote sensing and infrastructure security.
