Poonawalla Fincorp Limited, part of the Cyrus Poonawalla Group, is a non-banking financial company (NBFC) that lends to salaried, self-employed and MSME customers across India. It runs a diversified retail lending book spanning unsecured personal loans, loans against property, business and pre-owned car loans, mid-market corporate lending, and newer verticals such as gold loans, education loans, consumer durable loans, commercial vehicle loans and shopkeeper loans. Customers are sourced through a 'phygital' model that combines its own branches and feet-on-street sales force with DSAs, tele-calling, and digital partnerships/aggregators. The company carries the highest AAA/Stable credit rating from CRISIL and CARE.
