The company, along with its subsidiaries and an associate company, is engaged in construction activities and also provides rental services. It became the flagship listed real-estate entity of the RDB Group in 2025 after the realty business of RDB Realty & Infrastructure Limited was demerged into it via an NCLT-sanctioned Scheme of Arrangement.
