What Mason Infratech Limited does
Mason Infratech is an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contractor based in Thane, Maharashtra, that builds residential and commercial towers - including high-rises exceeding 150 metres - for developers across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. It executes projects under three contracting models: Full Labour Oriented (FLO), where it supplies only labour and manages execution; Lock & Key, a turnkey model where it supplies all materials, labour and manages the entire construction process; and Part Material Full Labour (PMFL), a hybrid of the two. It owns core construction assets such as tower cranes, concrete pumps and aluminium formwork to control project timelines, and has taken minority equity stakes in two associate companies (Megastone Projects Pvt Ltd and Milestone Projects and Developers Pvt Ltd) to move from a pure contractor role toward development.
