What Nila Infrastructures Limited does

Nila Infrastructures develops civic urban infrastructure, chiefly affordable housing (EWS/LIG/MIG) and slum rehabilitation projects for government bodies such as AMC, AUDA, VUDA and the Rajasthan government, earning construction milestone payments and, on some PPP projects, free-of-cost project land on completion. It also executes urban infrastructure works such as BRTS bus stations, multi-level parking, medical college campuses and bus terminals (on EPC and DBFOT models), takes on private white-label construction/EPC contracts for corporate developers, and develops industrial and logistics parks (including a 50:50 JV at Becharaji, Gujarat) offering warehousing, worker dormitories and built-to-suit facilities.
