SBEC Sugar Limited operates one sugar factory at Village Loyan Malakpur (Tehsil Baraut, District Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh), crushing sugarcane during an annual season running roughly October to April to produce sugar, with molasses as a regulated by-product. The plant's crushing capacity has been expanded over time from an initial 3,500 TCD to 9,000 TCD, and the company has received regulatory consent from the Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board to expand further to 10,000 TCD. The company holds two wholly-owned subsidiaries, SBEC Bioenergy Limited and SBEC Stockholding & Investment Limited.
