Share India Securities is a technology-driven financial services group offering broking and trading in equities, derivatives and commodities, along with merchant banking, mutual fund distribution and depository participant services, through a pan-India network of branches and franchises. Wholly owned subsidiaries extend the group into NBFC lending (Share India Fincap), insurance broking (Share India Insurance Brokers), wealth management/PMS (Share India Wealth Multiplier Solutions) and fixed-income distribution (Share India Cred Capital). It also runs an integrated algorithmic-trading ecosystem — uTrade Solutions (algo strategy platform), Algowire Trading Technologies (low-latency execution infrastructure) and Silverleaf Securities Research (quantitative strategy development) — that powers both its own proprietary trading desk and client-facing algo products.
