Network People Services Technologies (NPST) builds and operates payment infrastructure software for banks, third-party application providers, payment aggregators, fintechs, NBFCs and enterprises. It earns through three business lines: Technology Service Provider (TSP), where it licenses/SaaS a compliant transaction-processing engine for UPI, IMPS, CBDC, Banking Connect, BBPS and Bank-in-a-Box deployments; Payments Platform-as-a-Service (PPaaS), a pay-per-use SaaS enabling banks and fintechs to launch and manage merchant acquiring, QR/soundbox acceptance and merchant orchestration end-to-end; and RegTech, a pay-per-use fraud and dispute-risk management suite covering the transaction lifecycle.
