Colab Platforms Limited (formerly Colab Cloud Platforms Limited) is a New Delhi-headquartered listed company that has been repositioning itself from its earlier technology/cloud-platform business toward sports, esports and gaming ventures. During FY2024-25 it incorporated three wholly-owned subsidiaries -- Colab Premier League Private Limited, Colab Sportz and Gaming Private Limited, and Colab Esports Private Limited (renamed from Colab Sports Ventures Private Limited) -- to build out this new vertical, followed after the year-end by a fourth subsidiary, Colab Sports and Infrastructure Private Limited (renamed from Colab Sports Science Private Limited). As of the FY2024-25 annual report, all four subsidiaries had yet to commence commercial operations, so the group's reported activity continued to run through the parent company.
