What SWAN CORP LIMITED does

Swan Corp Limited (formerly Swan Energy Limited) is a diversified Indian conglomerate operating across energy infrastructure, petrochemical trading, shipbuilding, textiles and real estate. Through subsidiary Swan LNG, it is developing India's first FSRU-based LNG import and regasification terminal at Jafrabad, Gujarat, while Veritas (India) Ltd and its UAE subsidiary Verasco FZE operate a refining and petrochemical storage terminal in the Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah, handling and trading petroleum and petrochemical products. Its subsidiary Swan Defence and Heavy Industries (SDHI) runs India's largest shipyard at Pipavav, Gujarat, building and repairing vessels including for the Indian Coast Guard. The group also manufactures textiles at its century-old Ahmedabad processing unit and develops residential and commercial real estate in Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad.
