Swiggy operates a multi-category consumer platform connecting users, restaurant partners and delivery partners across food delivery, quick commerce (Instamart) and out-of-home dining and events (Dineout, Scenes). It earns commissions from restaurant and merchant partners, advertising revenue from brand and restaurant partners, delivery and platform fees from users, and subscription revenue from its Swiggy One membership. A separate Supply Chain and Distribution business provides integrated logistics and fulfilment services, including warehousing, to Instamart and other partners, while Platform Innovations houses newer bets such as Swiggy Genie (pickup-and-drop) and Toing.
