Umiya Buildcon Limited (formerly MRO-TEK Realty Limited) manufactures networking equipment — switches and routers — under the MRO-TEK brand at its Bangalore factory, and delivers managed network-service and system-integration projects for government and railway customers such as Pondicherry's PSWAN and RailTel's IP-MPLS network. The company separately owns commercial property that it leases out (including space let to HDFC Bank) and is expanding into real-estate development through a majority-owned partnership firm building luxury villas in North Bangalore and a newly acquired land parcel in Candolim, Goa.
