Veedol Corporation Limited (formerly Tide Water Oil Company (India) Ltd.) manufactures and markets automotive and industrial lubricants, greases and vehicle-care products under the Veedol brand, serving the Indian market since 1928 and exporting to over 70 countries across five continents. It earns through a pan-India network of distributors and retail/workshop outlets, plus direct supply to global OEMs including Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Volvo, Mack, Renault, BMW, MAN and Porsche, operating five ISO-accredited manufacturing plants and two government-recognised R&D centres. The company holds global rights to the Veedol brand (acquired 2011), runs a 50:50 joint venture with Japan's ENEOS Corporation for premium lubricants, owns UK-based Granville Oil & Chemicals (acquired 2016), and partners with Blaster LLC (USA) to bring the Gunk and Liquid Wrench vehicle-care brands to India.
