Vishal Fabrics Limited processes fabric on a job-work and own-account basis, carrying out dyeing, printing, finishing and sanforizing across denim and a wider range of cotton, cotton-spandex, cotton-poly, modal and Tencel blends. It runs two manufacturing units in Gujarat - Dholi (Dholi Integrated Spinning Park) and Narol, Ahmedabad - and sources most of its yarn from in-group spinning mills while it operates its own weaving, dyeing and finishing lines. Output includes denim bottoms, shirting, dress material, home furnishings and stretch-denim fabric sold to domestic garment makers, e-commerce platforms and a small set of export markets.
