Vital Chemtech Limited manufactures phosphorus-derivative and downstream specialty chemicals at an automated, integrated manufacturing complex in Dahej, Gujarat, producing six core products (Phosphorus Oxychloride, Phosphorus Trichloride, Phosphorus Pentoxide, Poly Phosphoric Acid, Phosphorus Pentachloride and Phosphorus Pentasulfide). These are sold as critical raw materials/intermediates to the life sciences, crop care, specialty chemicals, textile auxiliaries and dyes/pigments/plastic-additives industries. The company has expanded via subsidiary Vital Alkoxides Private Limited, which began commercial production in FY24 and turned EBITDA-positive in its first full year (FY25), and is commissioning a further plant, Vital Synthesis Limited.
