What Forbes & Co does
Forbes & Company operates two business lines: Coding & Industrial Automation (CIAB), which designs and makes conventional marking systems, dot-peen marking machines, laser marking systems (including fibre laser 2D/3D units) and industrial project automation used for applications such as car-engine and frame marking; and Real Estate, centred on the residential Project Vicinia development in Chandivali, Mumbai. Its subsidiary Forbes Bumi Armada Limited (FBAL) provides operations-and-maintenance manning services for FPSO (Floating Production Storage & Offloading) vessels. During FY25 the company took full ownership of erstwhile 50:50 joint venture Forbes Macsa Private Limited, bringing it wholly into the CIAB business.
