Kothari Industrial Corporation Limited (KICL) is a diversified Chennai-based conglomerate operating across fertilizers and agrochemicals, footwear contract manufacturing, food and restaurants, drone-based agricultural and geospatial services, logistics, and media/branding. Its fertilizer division manufactures and markets fertilizer mixtures, agrochemicals and micronutrients under the Blue Horse brand, distributed through a dealer and farmer network across Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Kerala. The footwear business is anchored by the Phoenix Kothari Footwear joint venture with Taiwan's Evervan Shoe Town Group, a contract manufacturer for global brands such as Nike, Crocs and Adidas, alongside a licensing tie-up with France's Royer Group for the Kickers brand. Other businesses include Kothari Foods (restaurant chains and industrial catering), Kothari Drones (agricultural spraying and geospatial survey services with a pilot training centre), and a logistics arm built around the acquired Parveen Roadways fleet.
