Shriram Asset Management Company Limited is a SEBI-registered asset manager (Registration No. MF/017/94/4) that manages the schemes of Shriram Mutual Fund and also offers Portfolio Management Services (PMS). It earns management fees on the assets it manages across mutual-fund and PMS mandates, sold through individual distributors, wealth managers, banks and fintech platforms, as well as through its promoter Shriram Group's own branch and salary-SIP channel. In FY25 it launched three new funds - the Shriram Multi Sector Rotation Fund (SMURF), the Shriram Nifty 1D Rate Liquid ETF (LIQUIDSHRI) and the Shriram Liquid Fund - widening its product suite across quant/multi-asset, liquid-ETF and liquid-fund categories.
