Capital Trade Links Limited (CTL) is a Non-Banking Financial Company licensed by the Reserve Bank of India that lends to individuals, sole proprietorships, partnerships and corporates for personal and commercial purposes. Unlike banks, it raises funds through market-based financial channels and evaluates credit using internally developed underwriting standards. Since 2001 it has focused on underserved segments such as low-income groups, emerging entrepreneurs and corporate borrowers, delivering loans through a technology-driven lending platform.
