What Abans Financial Services Limited does

Abans Financial Services Limited (AFSL), formerly Abans Holdings Limited, runs a group of regulated financial businesses under one architecture. Its asset management arm manages AIFs, VCCs, CIS and portfolio management schemes, including the Global Arbitrage Fund and two PMS strategies (Smart Beta and Growth & Momentum). Abans Finance Pvt Ltd, an RBI-registered NBFC, provides secured and unsecured loans to individuals and SMEs, while a treasury desk deploys capital into government securities, commodities and interest-rate arbitrage. A brokerage vertical connects clients to Indian and global exchanges, an FCA-regulated UK subsidiary (Abans Global) handles cross-border payment processing and forex transactions, and an advisory desk offers merchant banking, business restructuring, private placements and fund-raising services.
