Alldigi Tech (formerly Allsec Technologies, now a Digitide Solutions/Fairfax Holdings-backed subsidiary) is a global business-process-outsourcing company operating from delivery centres in India, the Philippines and the US. It runs two segments: Tech & Digital (employee experience management - payroll, HRMS, time & attendance, reimbursements, retirals) and BPM (customer experience management - omni-channel support, collections, transaction processing, insurance and healthcare BPaaS). It earns fees from processing employee/payroll records and delivering outsourced customer-support and back-office services under long-term client contracts, serving both domestic Indian and international customers.
