What Ashika Credit Capital Limited does
Ashika Credit Capital Limited (ACCL) is an RBI-registered, Middle Layer Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC-ICC) that earns through loans against securities, inter-corporate deposits, long-term and short-term investments, and special situation transactions for individuals, corporates and institutions across India. It is the listed holding company of the Ashika Group, whose operating subsidiaries carry out stock broking and depository services, investment/merchant banking, alternative investment funds, wealth management, family-office research and insurance broking. Retail and HNI broking is delivered through a phygital model combining the Dhanush trading app with a relationship-led advisory network, while a separate institutional equities desk serves domestic mutual funds, insurance companies, banks, PMS, AIFs, FPIs and family offices. The group traces its roots to 1994 and has built its client base primarily around a deep, decades-long institutional and retail heritage in Eastern India.
