ASK Automotive Limited is an Indian auto-ancillary manufacturer that designs and supplies powertrain-agnostic safety and precision-engineering components to two-wheeler, three-wheeler, four-wheeler and commercial-vehicle OEMs, as well as the independent aftermarket. It operates through three principal segments: Advanced Braking Systems (brake shoes, disc brake pads, brake panel assemblies), Aluminium Lightweighting Precision Solutions (die-cast aluminium parts for ICE and EV platforms), and Safety Control Cables (brake, throttle, clutch and speedometer cables). The company holds technical collaborations with global players such as NUCAP (Canada), Fras-le (Brazil), AISIN (Japan) and LIOHO (Taiwan), and runs joint ventures including ASK FRAS-LE Frictions and AISIN ASK India. It manufactures out of facilities spread across Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Gujarat and Karnataka, and exports to customers in multiple countries.
