What CP Capital does

CP Capital Limited (formerly Career Point Limited) is a Reserve Bank of India-registered non-banking financial company that extends secured credit through three product lines: Property-Backed Loans (Loan Against Property) for business purposes, portfolio-backed facilities to partner NBFCs secured by hypothecation of their receivables, and short-tenor secured/unsecured Bridge & Bullet loans. Its NBFC lineage traces to 2013, when wholly-owned subsidiary Srajan Capital Limited was set up to finance educational infrastructure before broadening into MSME and individual lending; Srajan was merged into Career Point Limited effective April 1, 2023, which was then renamed CP Capital Limited and granted a fresh RBI NBFC licence. Alongside lending, the company earns rental and infrastructure income through subsidiary Career Point Infra Limited, which holds investment-property real-estate assets.
