Cura Technologies Limited underwent Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, with the NCLT, Hyderabad Bench approving a Resolution Plan on 14.09.2023 that replaced the management/board and restructured share capital. As part of the plan, shareholders of Catalog IT Solutions Private Limited were allotted shares in the company on account of a merger. The company had no business operations and no revenue in FY 2024-25 (net loss of Rs. 66.29 lakhs), and, as it is under revival, commenced operations and generated about Rs. 14 lakhs of revenue in the first quarter of FY 2025-26.
