What E2E Networks Limited does

E2E Networks is an Indian hyperscaler that rents out cloud infrastructure -- primarily NVIDIA Cloud GPUs alongside CPU/Linux compute, storage, containers and other IaaS/PaaS services -- to AI startups, enterprises, government bodies and educational institutions on a pay-as-you-go basis, letting them run AI/ML, HPC and web workloads without buying hardware. On top of this infrastructure it layers TIR, a proprietary AI/ML platform covering model fine-tuning, training clusters, inference, RAG and a managed vector database. It earns recurring, usage-based (monthly recurring revenue) billing as customers consume GPU and compute capacity from its own Indian data centers.

  • Exit Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) delivered said Q1 FY26 Promised: ₹32-38 crores by March 2026 Q1 FY27: Promise was achieved in Q4 FY26. No new updates.
  • EBITDA Margin Trend missed said Q1 FY25 Promised: sustain in medium and long term (from ~66%) Q1 FY27: Margin recovered strongly to 75.2%, exceeding the original target level. However, the promise to 'sustain' the trend was broken in prior quarters, so the verdict remains 'missed'.
  • Asset Turns Ratio diluted said Q1 FY25 Promised: 0.5 to 0.6 Q1 FY27: Metric not addressed, consistent with the previous quarter's reframing away from this metric. Promise remains diluted.
