What Emami Paper does
Emami Paper Mills manufactures newsprint, writing and printing paper, kraft-grade paper and multilayer-coated packaging board at its integrated plant in Balasore, Odisha. Its newsprint is supplied to leading Indian media houses, its packaging board serves pharmaceutical, FMCG and e-commerce brands, and its writing/printing paper is sold to retail and institutional customers. The Balasore site also runs a captive co-generation power plant that powers the paper and board machines, and sits about 210 km from the nearest container port for export logistics.
