Infibeam Avenues (AvenuesAI) is a payment infrastructure and enterprise software company operating under the CCAvenue brand, a payment aggregator offering online, offline and omnichannel acceptance across 200+ payment options for merchants and banks in India and international markets. It also runs BillAvenue (a Bharat BillPay-licensed bill-payments utility platform), Go Payments (assisted digital-commerce services for the unbanked via a majority-owned subsidiary), ResAvenue (hospitality booking/payments), and TrustAvenue (merchant/bank lending). The company earns primarily through per-transaction fees (MDR) plus subscription, licence, maintenance and development fees on its enterprise ecommerce and platform offerings. It has recently diversified into AI infrastructure and agentic-AI products (Phronetic AI) and, through its majority stake in Rediff.com, into consumer digital platforms (RediffPay, RediffOne).
