The company earns primarily through per-transaction fees (MDR) plus subscription, licence, maintenance and development fees on its enterprise ecommerce and platform offerings. It has recently diversified into AI infrastructure and agentic-AI products (Phronetic AI) and, through its majority stake in Rediff.com, into consumer digital platforms (RediffPay, RediffOne).
