What Bosch Home Comfort India Limited does

Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning India Limited is the Indian subsidiary of the global joint venture between Johnson Controls (US) and Hitachi Global Life Solutions (Japan). It manufactures and markets air conditioners under the single 'Hitachi Cooling & Heating' brand across two core product lines: Residential Room Air Conditioners (split and window types) and Light Commercial Air Conditioners (VRF systems, ductable, package/PAC and telecom air conditioners). Manufacturing is concentrated at one plant in Kadi, Mehsana district, Gujarat, which also houses a Global Design Center. The company additionally runs an International Sales business distributing products in Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka and Maldives.
