What NDL Ventures Limited does

NDL Ventures Limited (formerly NXTDIGITAL Limited) used to run a pan-India digital cable TV, broadband and OTT bundling business via owned-and-operated NXTHUB points of presence, offering up to 650 TV services, broadband speeds up to 1,000 Mbps and OTT content access. Pursuant to a Scheme of Arrangement between the Company and Hinduja Global Solutions Limited sanctioned by the NCLT, Mumbai Bench (order dated November 11, 2022), the entire Digital, Media and Communications business undertaking, including its subsidiary investments, was demerged and transferred to Hinduja Global Solutions Limited. Since the demerger, the Company has held a land parcel at Bengaluru, Karnataka carried as inventory (approved for sale to Hinduja Realty Ventures Limited) and enters into related-party arrangements with other Hinduja Group entities (Hinduja Realty Ventures, Hinduja Global Solutions, IndusInd Media & Communications, OneOTT Intertainment).
